Hey there, I'm Giulia Vecchio (pronounced Julia), your dedicated virtual assistant and the person behind Elite VA Services.

My mission is clear: to help coaches, consultants, small business owners, and creatives streamline their administrative processes, enhance community engagement, and perfect their documentation. By providing a range of service offerings tailored to your needs. I ensure that you can focus on what you do best, without worrying about having to respond to client emails, handle community management and the day to day tasks of running a business.

With a wealth of experience gained from working for over 20 years in the corporate world, I've honed my skills in various roles and across diverse industries, including telecommunications, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food retail. This journey has led me to the realisation that my passion lies in supporting entrepreneurs and business owners to thrive in the online space.

Ruby, is the 'Furry Morale Booster' at Elite VA Services! Ruby is not your average team member; she's a Cavoodle with a flair for the dramatic and a heart of gold.

Ruby's role in is to keep morale high. She's been known to make surprise appearances on Zoom calls just to make sure everyone's spirits are up, and she loves saying hello to everyone.

When she's not busy supervising and spreading joy, Ruby enjoys the finer things in life - belly rubs, tasty treats, playdates with her fur-riends, and long walks where she can indulge her passion for sniffing and rolling around in the grass.

Ruby's sassy personality and cheekiness brings a whole lot of happiness to the workspace every day.
